A practical, browser-only estimator for in-house vs outsourcing unit cost, lead time, and a weighted recommendation. No external libraries. For planning and decision support only.

Quick start
  1. Click a preset to load example values
  2. Adjust batch size, scrap rate, material, wage, machine rate
  3. Add BOM line-items to reflect real materials
  4. Tune setup/cycle and machine-share per process step
  5. Adjust weights (cost/quality/lead time) then “Recompute recommendation”
  6. Click “Calculate” to refresh results
